And now, I am living in a single room in PGP (it’s ironic that when you have roommates, you desperately want a single room; but when you live alone, you miss the old sweet days spent with your roommates.)
By default I am not a science person, but joined Engineering faculty.
I am a very open-minded person, open to all kinds of ideas.
Currently have no religion and don’t intend to adopt one. But very much interested in knowing how religion affect people’s everyday life.
At my free time, I like to exercise because I believe a good health is one’s most precious property. (so my new year resolution is trying to swim at least 3 times a week ).
I also like dancing and singing when I feel the impulse.
An enthusiast about entertainments such as chamber music, orchestra, drama/theatre (e.g. “bare foot in the park”) and musicals (e.g. “Singing in the rain”). And dance, of course.
A loyal viewer to CNN news (guess you have already notice that). It is a family tradition that we watch “新闻联播” at every dinner and I guess my sensitiveness towards current affairs and politics is inherited from my journalist mother.
I love cakes that are made of lots and lots of butter and cream that just the smell itself is enough to make you pinned to the spot and cant move your eyes away from them. (Recommend Delifrance and Bread Talk )
I am also a great vegetable-and-fruits lover. Meat is important, but it is not essential. ( so in view of the current meat crisis- firstmad cow, then bird flu and who knows what is coming next- I seems to have a higher possibility of survival 
)
I can take almost all kinds of music except heavy-metal and those noisy music that makes my heartbeats become irregular.But I have particular preference to classicical music.
I like all kinds of sports, from ball games like basketball to skiing. But my favourite are those kinds that have a bit of art side in it. Like fencing, figure skating and martial arts such as wushu.
Watch movie is another great hobby of mine. But I only go to movie theatre for those movies I feel worth going e.g. The Load Of The Ring. Horror movie is just not my cup of tea.
