This morning when i wake up, i see the first time frost and ice on the ground.

For the first time, the night temperature dropped below 0 last night.
So the real winter is finally here.
I am so glad that I will finish my study soon and don't need to bike through the cold morning and night - my hands are really freezing instantly without gloves in early morning and when i breath, i see white frog forming around my mouth. After coming into Nov and changing to winter time( the original 8 o'clock become 7 now, so when i get up, the day is already bright, but when i come home at 5, the day is already very dark), the day is getting shorter and shorter and sunshine is getting less and less.
This reminds me the geography knowledge i learnt during high school in Renda. The day reaches its peak at June 28th in the north hemisphere when the sun is directly shinning at 北回归线; and afterwards the day is getting shorter and shorter as sun is moving from 北回归线 to 赤道/Equator and finally reached 南回归线 on Dec 31st.
Strangely, some knowledge just stays in your brain no matter how long you have learnt it. I do love geography!
After spending so much time in tropical Singapore, I almost lose this feeling of seasonal change. Now it comes back to me again.
