【胡言乱语】Do you believe in rock 'n roll？
题记：在众多的American Pie的版本里，我还是最喜欢Don Mclean的超长8分钟版，里面有很多故事，而我喜欢隐喻。记得某年我和小爱同犯American Pie解析强迫症时，8分钟的歌词我几乎都背得下来，突然想起用“Do you believe in rock 'n roll”当标题，其实我的回答是：Yes,I believe.
1、Can music save your mortal soul？
跟在“Do you believe in rock 'n roll”后面的一句就是“Can music save your mortal soul”。音乐之于我是个很重要的东西，以下这个故事可以证明。
真不知道我从何处借来的力量，居然看完了一部由Hugh Grant和Drew Barrymore主演的浪漫爱情喜剧片，何况现在的Hugh Grant也早已不是《蓝眼睛米奇》时代的Hugh Grant。看着满脸沟壑的英伦老花花公子和装嫩装到炉火纯青的美国小甜甜打情骂俏，还是觉得他配不上她。其实我一直还挺喜欢Drew Barrymore，小姑娘皮肤白皙体态丰腴，每次看到她的照片，我就觉得自己也大可不必去减肥。虽然这种影片我过去一直很不屑，但它的名字叫做“Music And Lyris”，就这一个理由让我坚持下来了，又或者，是我的生活越来越“爆米花”化了。
此DVD中文字幕之糟烂、之无逻辑在我的藏品里也是罕有的，大约坚持着看了1分钟左右，我毅然决然换了英文，至少，正常的英语总比“金山快译”样的汉语更容易理解。电影很普通，水准很一般，OST也并没有期待中的那般好，但是我想，大概是自己对音乐的宽容度更胜过于对烂片的容忍度吧。

但是我老了，对于直接的、简单的、有力量的文字逐渐失去了去直面的勇气和力度。Welcome to my life是首不错的歌。
