He is a highly versatile person. He always seems to be at ease in handling new task assigned to him and is always competent in completing them. He is a fast learner and is able to grasp new concepts at ease. His academic excellence sets himself as a role model for others in the class to look upon to. He is extremely focus on his goals and sets himself apart with a clear determination. He is able to be extremely serious in his work and relax when necessary. He does not base his learning on textbooks alone, but rather prefers the company of materials beyond the academic requirements. He is also especially passionate about Chinese literature works and has read widely in this aspect.
YX is able to mingle well with his friends. The difference in nationality proves to be of no barriers to him as fellow peers around him largely enjoy his companionship. He is also a good sportsman who exhibited the spirit of sporting. Though only a casual basketball player, he is able to bring his game to new heights with his passion for the game.

Yx is one of the top students in class and is held in high regard by many of his peers because of his unparalleled academic abilities and character.
Yx is very helpful and he never hesitates to lend his peers a helping hand. I remember him helping our classmates with chemistry and mathematics. He is also alert during lectures. On many occasions, he picked out and warned us against copying down the intentional errors the lecturers included in their slides.
Yx also showed a very different side of him during the Chinese Drama Night. The confidence on stage and ability to express himself in the shoes of the character blew us all away.
Yx is a self-motivated worker who sets high targets for himself and puts in great effort to meet his own expectations. He is extremely serious about his work, but is always willing to spare time to help others who have less ability.
Yx may seem cold and detatched at first, but in reality, he can be extremely concerned and sympathetic towards his close friends. Despite his serious attitude towards studying, he can also be laid-back and fun during the out-of-school time.
Despite his excellent academic achievements, Yx is never complacent or merely satisfied, but always continues to work for better results and never hesitates to ask for others’ advice.
