Display the name of your loved ones or any messege you want, right beside the time on your taksbar like this:

Step 1 - Go to Control Panal - Regional and Language Options

Step 2 - Click on the 'Customize' button. It doesn't matter what language have you chosen.

Step 3 -

Go to the tab named 'Time'.

At 'Time format' column, add 'tt' before the time notation. And change both 'AM symbol' and 'PM symbol' to the messege you want to display.

Step 4 - That's it, heh.
