i decide to start with some exercise.
cycling? no no, cycling is far not enough. it only trains certain muscle groups like thigh and calf.
i stopped running and doing pull-ups since after jc... miss the days having climbing training.. before every training must do 3 sets of 30 30 10, which are 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups and 10 pull-ups. or run 10 rounds around the track, which is around 4km.
now? i can hardly do 2 pull-ups. arms are as thin as when i was in sec sch...
so i decide to start with sit-ups. 10 sit-up before every meal, and i must keep it up!!!
