【饕餮】寒舍 My Humble House

很久以前，就记得曾经在滨海艺术中心看到这么一件叫做“寒舍”的东西……给人感觉很好……只是，一直不知道究竟是什么……昨天，终于发现了……下面的中英文介绍抄自《品味 Taste》，同乐饮食集团第32期的刊物……猜想也是一年一度“世界美食峰会”的特刊吧？图片则是从同乐集团的网站 http://www.tunglok.com 拿来的。

哎……什么时候，可以去寒舍吃一下饭呢？

This trendsetting Neo-Classic Chinese restaurant is a breathtaking arena of culinary artistry. A Tung Lok-JinR Green T. House Joint creation, My Humble House has seen numerous Stat6 leaders, politicians and celebrities walk through its doors. It has also hosted many successful corporate events that involve launches of lifestyle products, musicals staged at the Esplanade and television programs. Zhang Jin Jie (JinR) is the owner of the restaurant Green T. House in BeiJing and is an accomplished artist and musician.

In April 2003, the restaurant participated in the annual World Gourmet Summit for the first time and we1comed Jenny Parton from Si1eni Estates, New Zea1and as guest masterchef, together with JinR. In August 2003, the restaurant was selected as one of the ‘Top 10 Romantic Spots in Singapore’ by the Taiwanese travel trade, media and consumers in a poll conducted by the Singapore Tourism Board, Taipei.

“寒舍”是由同乐集团与北京“紫云轩”主人、著名艺术家张锦杰（锦儿）合作创办的前卫艺术餐厅、它将中华传统文化 尤其是饮食文化的精华。与国际流行时尚和现代生活品剜瞄合，体现出强烈的个性化风格、前卫派艺术色彩，打破了中餐业的固有格局．赢得无数懂得欣赏品味．讲究生活质量和关注时尚的嘉宾青睐，终日冠盖云集，既有国家首脑、政界显要．也有巨臂大亨、社会名流、白领精英。并且承办了多种多样的庆典活动。

2003年4月“寒舍 荣幸地成为世界美食峰会参与接待单位之一，大会特邀国际名厨Jenny Parton（来自Silent Estates．NewZealand）与锦儿在此联袂施展烹任绝艺，引来好评如炒2003年8月，由新加坡旅游局（台北）举办的投票选举中，“寒舍”被台湾的旅行社、媒体和消费者们评选为“新加坡10大浪漫场所”之一。
